I LOVE to cook. And my husband calls me a very “artistic” cook. Not necessarily because I like to be creative in what I make, but because my kitchen usually looks like a painter’s studio after the masterpiece was created. :) So I am trying to come up with ‘one-dish’ meals that will keep my kitchen clean and tidy (if that were possible with 3 kids!)
To help in this new-found task, I have been utilizing my bean pot a lot more. Since it can be used in the oven and microwave, I can make everything in one dish. And because it’s a beautiful piece of bakeware, I can serve in it. And IF we have any leftovers, I can pop it into the fridge. If everything was eaten up, then I can pop it into the dishwasher! So like I siad, one dish from baking, serving, and cleaning up!
